The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, four-burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, coffee pods, and creamer. There is no oven or toaster. Guests also have access to a private Studio patio area and an exterior laundry room located on the right side of the house with a stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer. The Studio is part of a three-unit property with its own designated entrance and guest areas. The driveway and some exterior access areas are shared with guests staying in the other units.

Studio on Fremont is one of three separate guest units on the property. You may occasionally see other guests in shared exterior areas such as the driveway, but your Studio interior and designated patio area are for your stay. Parking: The driveway is shared and available first come, first served. Please do not block another vehicle. Free legal street parking is also available. Kitchen: The Studio has a four-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, cookware, and dishes. There is no oven or toaster. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in a separate exterior laundry room on the right side of the house. A/C & heat: The Studio uses a wall-mounted mini-split operated directly from the unit; there is no remote. A small step stool is provided behind the mirror to make the controls easier to reach. TV: The Roku TV includes a remote. Guests should sign in to their own streaming services. Security: A front exterior security camera records audio and video. There are no cameras inside the Studio. Please respect the boundaries between units and do not enter the backyard, other guest units, locked storage areas, or areas marked Do Not Enter.

Guests have private access to the Studio interior, the Studio patio area, and the exterior laundry room located on the right side of the house. The Studio has its own designated entrance: up the driveway on the left at the white Studio entry door. The driveway is shared with guests staying in the other two units and is available first come, first served. Please do not block another vehicle. Guests should not enter: * Fremont Fortune * Fremont Hideaway * The backyard * The locked gray cleaner storage crate * Any gate or area marked Do Not Enter The white gate behind the gray storage crate is not the Studio entrance.

Parking at the Property: - Free shared driveway parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that parking spaces are not reserved for individual units, so availability may vary. - If the driveway is full, free legal street parking is available nearby. - Please avoid blocking other vehicles, gates, or walkways, and close the property gate after entering or leaving when needed. Uber, Lyft, and Deliveries: Please direct Uber, Lyft, and delivery drivers up the driveway on the left to the white Studio entrance. The blue front door belongs to another unit. Nearby Essentials and Attractions: Need groceries or a few essentials? Albertsons on E Charleston Blvd is a convenient option nearby. When you're ready to explore, Downtown Las Vegas offers plenty to see, including the Fremont Street Experience, Fremont East, Container Park, the Neon Museum, and the Mob Museum.
