The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. •Check in time is 4 PM - 12 AM -Late checkout fee if you stay 1 hr or longer after checkout time •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. •No Pets ✅ We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken. Driving or using Uber or Lyft is usually the quickest option for getting to the Strip, Fremont Street, and other major attractions, especially if you’re carrying luggage or heading back late at night. Street parking is available, with plenty of space across from the house. Rideshares can also pick you up and drop you off easily. Please avoid parking in front of neighboring homes or blocking driveways. If you prefer public transportation, the RTC bus system serves the Las Vegas area. Routes and schedules can change, so check the rideRTC app, Google Maps, or Apple Maps for the most current information before heading out. Most major attractions are about 13–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, while Red Rock Canyon is around 24 minutes away.
